This is the lovely Miss Baby Kira! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to spend my morning with her and her big sister. It was such a beautiful day outside and we spent most of the time enjoying the sunlight as it shone in on our session together. At one point I joked that little Miss Kira had probably never seen sunlight in her entire life… but since she was only 4 weeks old, I was almost right. The weather has been so miserable lately, this really was her first experience with fabulous weather.

While her big sister stayed busy playing, I enjoyed my time snuggling and cuddling on baby Kira. She was awake for the first half of the session and I was absolutely amazed at the strength of one little baby. She would grip onto my blankets and nearly pull them right up with her when I picked her up.. she could hold her head up amazingly well for being so young… and she kicked out of nearly every wrap I swaddled her in. I guess she’s just getting ready to keep up with her older sister. 🙂
